We had an amazing experience working with Dave Wilson and can’t say enough good things about him. He was incredibly thorough, kind, and patient throughout the entire process, and always made sure we understood what was happening and felt comfortable every step of the way. What really stood out was how far Dave was willing to go to help us. He didn’t just coordinate appointments or check in — he showed up in real, hands-on ways, even helping reinstall cabinet doors when something needed to be fixed. That level of care isn’t something you expect from a realtor, but it says a lot about who he is. Dave genuinely cares about his clients, works hard, and is just an all-around good dude. We never felt rushed or pressured and always felt supported. If you’re looking for a realtor who will truly have your back, we would recommend Dave Wilson without hesitation.

David went above and beyond to help us find the right home. He even learned about the local procedures required for a future project we mentioned and found contractors to give us an estimate on it. We didn't ask. He just did it. It was very thoughtful, very helpful!

David was very helpful in our home search efforts. He was able to answer questions clearly and find useful local information for us. He went above and beyond collecting information about the construction of a pole barn, providing information from a local contractor and lumber yard. His efforts were appreciated. I would feel comfortable recommending David to family and friends.

David Wilson our Realtor is the best realtor we have ever done business with. He took extremely good care of all that needed to be done to get our house ready for showing. We never had to worry about anything in the process of selling the house. We appreciate everything David did for us. He was very knowledgeable, extremely patient with us throughout this process and incredible dealing with the people that did the work needed to ready the house for showing. We will definitely refer David to everyone we know looking for a great realtor. He truly is amazing.

David helped us buy a condo long distance, first taking local friends on a tour. Sadly it had just sold and the listing hadn't been updated. He called us promptly when that sale fell through. He helped me contact local lenders and we were able to place our offer within two days (on a weekend!). David communicated with us many times, at off hours, because of the time difference. He has been super helpful at all stages. We highly recommend him.

David handles himself very professionally. He's a good listener, affable, and attentive. He is genuinely interested in you, which manifests itself in how he responds to your needs in looking for and buying a piece of property. When I interviewed David, on a Sunday morning, we chatted for over an hour as if we were sitting at a bar having a beer. If we were talking about my personal history, work life, or future plans, David would ask many questions, offering his own anecdotes. In a word he was engaging. When it came time for business, David was able to creatively narrow down what we were looking for (our must haves and where we might compromise). Here's an example of David's commitment and integrity: My wife was unable to attend the initial interview with David so I had not signed on with Reinhart Realty. An unusual circumstance arose a few days before our next scheduled appointment with David. My wife and I came upon a new listing that we were very interested in. Having been watching the market for about four months, we knew we had to act quickly for this house was going to sell fast. The property was fifty miles away. The next morning my wife, having made an appointment on Zillow, went to look at the house with an agent that was assigned to her. She fell in love with the house. I wanted David to be our agent and now we had involved another realty (although not having signed with anyone). This created a dilemma. I contacted David. He contacted the woman who showed my wife the house and offered her a finders fee (out of his own commission) if we bought the house. That same evening, David, having been in contact with the listing agent, was informed an offer was made on the property. We were on the phone until 11 pm drawing up our own offer. Our offer was not accepted. However, ten days later the that deal fell through and we got the house. Not only did David attend the inspection, final walkthrough, and closing (fifty miles away), he honored his commitment to pay a finders fee.

David was very realistic and honest. I never felt I was getting “sold” something that wasn’t right for us. He was able to help guide us in a market that was new to us . I would recommend and utilize his services again (hopefully not too soon though!)

Dave Wilson is by far an extremely knowledgeable and considerate subject matter expert when it cones to real estate. Dave was an exceptional advocate on making sure that the i's were dotted and the t's were crossed. I would totally recommend Dave for his ease of access and his understanding of his clients needs. He made the the entire process of looking for and buying a piece of real estate seamless as well as enjoyable.!
