Dawna is absolutely amazing. We had a day setup where we were looking at three houses in a row that we had chosen together and she slapped another on the end that had JUST gone on the market that morning. She knew it was MY house! She wrote the offer but we learned that another offer had already been accepted, so we submitted a backup offer. Within a week, she let me know that my offer had been accepted! She was extremely helpful letting me know what I needed to do, what steps were next, what I should look for, and who I should call for inspection, repairs, chimney sweep; whatever. She was ALWAYS available, and ALWAYS willing to work around my schedule. She is the best and knows everything about mortgages, houses, the whole process- she was the best and made it so easy for me when I had NO IDEA what I was doing or looking for. Will recommend to everyone.
