Very dissatisfied with the last phase of buffering. The floor has very little shine nor lustre. It had more shine before the procedure. The gentleman even told me to use a Swifter afterwards for more shine. Told him that I did not owe one but did not volunteer to buff some more. Certainly not worth the good money I paid.

The process of making the appointment was easy. The technician (Oscar) called as promised and arrived when he said. Was very professional. He did an excellent job on our carpets and sofa. Was very happy with that part. I sent some area rugs to your shop to be cleaned, so can’t comment on that work yet. Overall I’m very satisfied so far.

When technician called , he gave me his name but did not immediately identify himself as from zero Rez. He did not cover wood floors as he dragged the hoses in.

Our technician did a great job and got our carpets very clean. We are very satisfied with the cleaning. Because we live in a 3rd floor apartment, we had to pay more for the machine that would be portable. However, our technician had to rent the machine from Home Depot and it had problems and had not been kept in good order. It was also difficult for him to maneuver. It would work better if Zerorez provided their own machines to their technicians rather than making them rent them from a third party. Thank you.

Luis Padilla was your rep that serviced our home. He showed up on time within the 1- 3pm time slot. Luis introduced himself and was pleasant and conversational. After showing him the rooms, hallways and staircase, he took to setting up his equipment. A couple of hours later we checked over his cleaning and all looked great. The next day when the carpeting was thoroughly dry, there were a few spots we weren't satisfied with and thought to do some spot cleaning. After thinking about it, we did not want to mess up Luis' great work, we called him. He came back the next day and took care of the few spots making everything look perfect. We could not be happier with Zerorez and will and have already recommended them to family and friends. Will use them again in the future.

We do back our work with a 30 Day Guarantee and had a technician scheduled to come back out to assist in getting your carpets to a more acceptable dryness but, per your request, that appointment was cancelled.

I called the morning of to make sure our appointment would be closer to 3pm - our window was 1 - 3:30- was told that would not be a problem. Received a call around 12 - said he would be there in an hour / explained that I had called and the appointment should be closer to 3 - was told that would ruin his route. Left our appointment early to accommidate his schedule. After he left, noticed a piece of trim, from the baseboard was broke off at the corner by the refrigerator - from the hose after he was pulling out of the house. It only took him ? 1/2 hour to do 3 bedrooms and a loft. Noticed he only took 1 stroke over some areas. Thank you for your time

This experience was pretty awful. The tech arrived on time, which was great. However, while we were walking the areas to be cleaned, which consisted of the kitchen tile, two area rugs, and basement carpet, Ron (the tech) says, “I can’t guarantee what kind of results you will get. You may not see a difference.” Okay, I don't know how I feel about paying you a few hundred dollars for the possibility of no results. This started us on the wrong foot. He took the two area rugs to clean them on the downstairs carpet, and then brings them back upstairs. One of them is directly in front of the front door, which he is now continuously walking on going inside and outside to get equipment to complete the kitchen floor. He sprays the kitchen floor, sets up his washer equipment, and goes outside. After about five minutes, I see our kitchen filled with smoke and water spraying from a hole in the hose. Our kitchen is now flooded, and water went into the hallway and inside of our coat closet. I ran outside to look for him and let him know our kitchen is flooding; he turned the water off and came inside. I grabbed towels to help, and he removed the machine and hose from the kitchen, again stepping all over the freshly cleaned area rug. He now had to use a different machine that didn't look to have the same quality cleaning capability as the original. He had left the front door wide open the entire time; we were at an hour into service. It was hot and humid outside, insects are flying in, and our AC had to compensate for this load. He completed the kitchen, removed all of the equipment, and when it was time to pay, he didn't charge me the $50 for the pet treatment since he flooded the kitchen. That was nice. Overall, it was not a great experience. He gave us very little confidence that he would be able to make a difference. Thankfully, the results are better than his poor customer service.
