I believe that your process removed embedded dirt in my carpet, and I appreciate that no harmful chemicals were left behind. But my carpets did not look dirty before the cleaning. The very few spotted areas did not come clean with your process. In addition, the carpet stayed wet much longer than you advertised. I finally had to turn on portable fans to dry things out, particularly on the stairs. I’m ok with what you did. I’ll just try another cleaning method next time. There’s no need for you to do anything further.

The promptness of your response! You came out within two days of my call at a time that suited me. Will, the technician, was great! Very pleasant and was careful about contact in this Covid time.He listened to my concerns, spot treated every area that I requested, let me know exactly what the cost would be before he started and how long he would be in my home, and shared a detailed invoice with me after he was finished.

When requesting the appointment, I asked that tarps be placed under the area rugs to be cleaned so that the wood floor would not be damaged. I also requested that the upholstery on my dining room chairs be cleaned. The technician who came to clean said he didn't have any tarps and told me that the upholstery cleaning attachment he had was broken so I would have to reschedule that cleaning. Very unprofessional. Technicians should come prepared to do the requested work. Also, he wore street shoes throughout the house with no covers on them. While the cleaning was okay the dirty areas were not given extra attention. The technician was very polite but the whole cleaning only took 40 minutes. I would also recommend giving shorter arrival time estimates rather than between 10:30 and 1:30. I waited two hours before his arrival when I could have done other things.

The first time I had my carpets cleaned by you guys, and you did a great job. I went with someone else the last time who also did a great job and were less expensive, but they left the carpet more wet which I didn’t love, so I decided to call you again this time. The guy who cleaned the carpet didn’t seem to try very hard at all to get any stains up. I explained to him that in the next few months I plan to have the carpet replaced anyway and knew he wasn’t going to be able to get them perfect, but that I wanted them cleaned one more time. I’m not sure if he thought I just didn’t care or if he really couldn’t have done better, but the last company I used did try different stain removers on my he different stains and really did do a better job in that regard. This person just went over the carpets and was in and out.

1. No follow-up to confirm reservation, reservation was made about a month in advance 2. Product on carpet upstairs was "crunchy" 3. Product used on chair to cleaned did not work. Overall service was good but product did not work as advertised. I would like a refund on the chair cleaning. Please feel free to contact me directly to discuss further.
