Deacon was on top of every detail and anticipating every twist and turn like a German-engineered car on the autobahn. Wouldn’t do this without him. From house hunting, getting in a strong offer quickly for “the one”, to final walkthrough, he was a partner and confidant. He guided us through tough moments of the process with calm and reassurance, evidence of his wealth of experience and ability to navigate working with challenging parties on the other end of a sale. He brought home the closing on time so that our family could get into our new home as planned, when we had a lot riding on the timeline. We’re completely satisfied and impressed. Deacon was fantastic, I would highly recommend him to anyone! I had reached out to the listing agent on a house through Zillow and was introduced to the Tasker Team at that point. Deacon was very attentive, every house we looked at was like getting a mini home inspection with Deacon there. If there was ever a time Deacon was unavailable his brother was. I felt very comfortable with Deacon and he would alway give me his professional opinion on the houses and offers. Overall I would and already have recommended Deacon to friends and family.

Luke was great throughout the entire process. He was extremely thorough when walking through houses we were looking at purchasing. He showed up with his bag of handy realtor tools and made sure to look at EVERYTHING. He gave insight on the things he liked, the things he didn't like and we appreciated his honesty. It was never about the "sale" for him, which is what I liked about working with Luke. He was patient during times I was frustrated, addressed my questions and if he didn't know, he would be honest and tell me he didn't know. Most importantly Luke treated us like family with our best interest in mind. After what was a crazy closing, he helped us on a Saturday morning pack and move because we had to be out of our old house by 1:30 that day. I don't think many realtors would do that for their client. I cant thank him enough for his hard work over these last several months. Erin was also really helpful throughout the process. She was diligent in answering emails, forwarding documents, offering to pick up checks. Thank you Erin for your help as well!
