I have been with Dead River for many years. I have never had any issues that could not be resolved with just a phone call. I have had you come to my house for service calls, and been very happy with the results. If I had to find a problem with you, it would be that I have noticed I have paid a rate for my propane that has been as much as. 30 cents more per gallon than several other dealers in the area, and I purchase a lot of propane.

Very quick efficient professional service Every time. Dead River was there for me when my own company failed to help in the middle of winter. I recently called about a serious issue, not only was the issue resolved that same day they had a technician at my house within 1/2 an hour, the broken part identified and replaced and the entire issue taken care of in less than an hour and a half from the time I called... That is SERVICE and I am a Dead River customer for life now
