Never had any issues while being a customer for over 10 years while owning my house. I have the service plan and they always do a great job cleaning my furnace each season and prepare us for the winter season. If I have had issues with the furnace I have had a tech out imeediately to diagnose the issue and fix what ever is needed. Thank you!
