I love the fact I can do a budget plan. Your drivers are like ninjas.They arrive fill my tanks, and leave. When I have been able to talk to your ninjas, they are very kind and accommodating. I feel so happy, comfortable, and safe, knowing that Dead River will always have my fuel needs serviced in a timely fashion. I Love Dead River!!!!

We have been a customer for 34 years. In the middle of the night when the furnace dies, a man comes out to fix it.He may not be as cheerful at 2:00 am as he would be at 2:00 in the afternoon, but they have always been there when things went badly. The oil delivery people have been friendly and even park their truck on the road to avoid dripping oil in our driveway (thank you Carl!).

Apopointments are alwayas kept promptly, service is done effeciently and timely,, fuel deliveries are from a very accurate "degree-day" reaerer, we have never run out of oil reuslting in no heat. that's the "outside guys", the "inside girls" are very courteous, friendly, and understanding to your question or problem. Between these two teams theiere service cannot be beat!!
