Since you pushed! Your first service on a small propane heater in my cellar went flawless! Requested second service and total different handle from the explanation of the same issue before roughly five years the pilot light assembly! Price had tripled and I bought a Mr heater which installed by you and the tech tightened the connection so tight of almost to breakage! Was not a happy customer after the installation! On positive note the driver is always positive and I really appreciate that in the delivery of propane! I’ve bad same driver I’m guessing five years now! Kudos to the office manages and staff!
Been a customer since you bought out whoever was in the Springvale office. Boiler and oil tank were installed in our new house in 1987. Going strong due to Phil's diligent servicing every fall. We purchased the Presidential Plan when it was first offered. At this stage of the life of our gear, I can't afford not to renew!!
We've had very few service calls over the years. However, it's never been more than 15 minutes from call to someone here.
On Tuesday I called to renew the Presidential Plan and ask about prepaying for 26-27 and the need to top off my tank. I was told, at first, that my contract expires on 5/31, but oil won't be delivered to Alfred except Tuesdays. By next Tuesday, the contract was finished, my $618 remaining money would be used, but the cost of fuel would be at the price on 6/2, not my contract. I 'reminded' the person on the other end that on automatic delivery it was YOUR obligation to be sure the tank was filled prior to 5/31. She hemmed a minute, then talked to customer service. My tank was filled on Wednesday, thank you very much. It took a little bit of persuasion, but it was done. Thank you very much,
Dead River is installing a new boiler. Today and tomorrow. They are professional, efficient and good guys. The whole system looks amazing. We highly recommend them.

I was able to set up an account over the phone, the lady that I spoke with was very proffesional and made me feel important. I thought that opening a new account would mean that the customers that you already serve would come first. Was very glad that our K-1 and propane was delivered the next day. The service was great!!!!
