We are new customers as we just switched from electrical appliances to propane on 9/19/15. Jason in your sales dept is GREAT. He was very easy to speak with, explained everything in detail & was very patient when we asked questions. He even went out of his way to drop off additional paperwork to us! Your Customer Service dept are also very pleasant & wonderful to speak with, not to mention the 2 installers were nice. This is a great start. We've passed on our experience to friends & family.

The staff and technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. The technician who serviced our anode bag this week was very skillful and hardly disturbed the area where the bag was replaced. I have however had to call on propane pricing as once the price was very far off from market rates.

We were in need of replacing our furnace and Jason came out to talk to us. He was great. Dead River quoted us a price with a discount and we went with it. The installation was a bit of trouble. We kept getting damaged product. Dead River was all over it making sure that when another one came that it was not damaged. Everything is in and ready to go when it gets colder. Thank you to everyone involved in the installation. They do a great job coordinating everyone from the electrician to the propane delivery.
