So many positive things to say: DR has been around for as long as I can remember and I am 78 now. Oil and LP gas deliveries at my current address since 2007 and my parents lived here before than and also used DR. While I no longer use them for furnace service, mom and dad did and I did for a few years before switching to natural Gas. I still use your LP delivery service which I use for my hot water and LP gas fireplace. Deliveries always on time. Last April 21st I had a major house fire which was caused by the gas regulator in my 14 year old gas stove. DR came after I notified them. I had already turned off the gas valve. Someone came and put caution tape all around and on top of the access point to the tank. The house was ALMOST a total loss. Everything was stripped down to the studs. The rebuild took about 14 months. Certain things had to take place before DR could come back, move the tank (Code required it because the vent to my new gas stove was too close to the previous tank location.) A trench had to be made for the new gas line going into my cellar along with all of the old line in order to bring it up to code. It took awhile for the guy that was going to dig the trench to get to me but soon after that was done DR showed up with the new tank and hooked everything back up so I could finally have hotwater and move in this July. During that process DR had to send 2 guys to do a survey to see what was needed. I had the opportunity to speak with them..a casual conversation. They were very pleasant. I decided a month or so ago that I needed more LP gas capacity so I would not have to shovel or snow blow a path to the tank. The tank was delivered a day or so ago and someone will be here today to hook it up. Could not ask for a better response. Also, when I call the local office, they quickly look up my account and look at any notes and keep me up to date on whatever it is I was calling about. I have spoken with serveral customer service people. They have been well trained and always seem pleasant and upbeat. It is a pleasure talking to them.
