Everyone I spoke to (and I’ve called several times) was very friendly and professional. I made a mistake and didn’t know I needed to advise you I ran out of propane. I was going to be charged $187 to have someone come out for a leak check. I felt so naive because moved to Bangor from the west coast and had never dealt with propane. Everyone was so nice, and my fee was waived. I was so touched by the understanding I received. Jack came out to light my pilot light and run the leak check, but in addition he helped me understand what items were run by propane and what was electric. It probably saved me a fortune in electricity because I really had no idea. I give Dead River an A+ for all the help and friendliness I was given. Thank you so much! Beth Riley 63 Molly Ln, Bangor
