You are very caring, responsive and efficient. Only had to wait for a half hour after my call for a tech to show up. Unheard of in today's world. Tech was great. Always wonderful customer service by all Brunswick, ME staff.
I have been a Dead River customer for many years.I have never run out of oil.My service contract has always been renewed.Dead River has also worked with me when money has been tight.I depend on them to keep me taken care of every winter.I know I am in good hands.Customer service is number one !!!!Other companies could take a lesson in customer service !!!Please don't change !!
Staff completing service work order at my house arrived on time, knew what they were doing, were friendly, and reviewed all work performed before leaving. I couldn't ask for more!
Staff in the local office are helpful and friendly when you have questions or concerns. What I don't like is that when you pre-buy for the season you never get a bill to tell you what your standings are. The website is great but you need to use a calculator to find out how you are doing. An email copy of the bill each month would be helpful and reduce mailing costs to the Company.
