Pricing is very fair & affordable esp w/ability to pay monthly installments 3. Extra Service annual agreement for service OUTSTANDING 4. Delivery person, tune up/repair person: OUTSTANDING as they are they are all genuinely friendly, dressed professionally & never make us uncomfortable in our own home. I WISH I HAD KNOW ABOUT ALL OF THIS YEARSSSS ago when we had a "local company in town"... that created an a very unsatisfactory situation for us.

Leah was very prompt. I reach out via email since my time is limited for calls,I work the same hours they do. I wanted information on becoming a new customer.
She was very helpful and patient. Answering all of my questions, taking the time to explain things to me, providing me with another rep’s contact info incase she were out. Then when there was a system error trying to sign the contract, she made me a priority and came to my work to pick it up. If that’s not 100% full customer service idk what is. I’m excited to be a new customer with Dead River. They treat you like a person and with respect ( unlike some other companies ) the entire team, from Leah, her fill in ( think it was Rebecca excuse me if I’m wrong) to the two men who came to the house to do an inspection and right down to the delivery guy calling me to inform me of his ETA. My only wish is that I would have switch to them sooner.
