Our recent no-heat furnace emergency was diagnosed and repaired by technician Jason. The Calais office dispatched him immediately. In spite of the complexity of the problem, he diagnosed it quickly. Thoughtful about our comfort and safety, he improvised a temporary, safe workaround to restore our heat until he could return with the needed replacement parts. He then completed the full repair. One remarkable thing about Jason was his willingness to explain in detail, but very clearly in layman's terms that we could understand, the source of the problem, what was needed to fix it, and the safety issues concerned. Before he left he pointed out several preventative maintenance things that, if left to themselves, could turn into issues in the future.
