you absolutely earned your keep this month. huge problems in the house with a broken hot water pipe requiring mold remediation. First order of business- drying out the house. Heat needed. A combination of age and water damage shut down the boiler. Dead River had a repairman on site a few hours later and fixed the boiler. Impossible to ask for more than that. I'm grateful.
