The drivers are the best . But when I called the # [PHONE NUMBER REMOVED] the woman who answered the phone did not know her job very well and told me they delivered to my town on Fridays when I TOLD her for the past 10 years they delivered on Wednesdays. After 3 days she tried to change the day to wednesday but I needed it on the agreeded friday. Not good.

I rely on Dead River Company totally to take care of my furnace, my house is seasonal and it is closed up all winter. We have a oil furnace in the basement to keep the frost from cracking the concrete walls and floor. I have security monitoring which keeps track of the temperature in the basement and the oil level in the tank, which I follow of my computer, when there is a problem I call Dead River Company and they take care of it.
