I have used Dead River for over 20 years and always have found them responsive and very friendly on the phone. I have my furnace cleaned each year. I have the Presidential Plan. This year the service tech either was not told or forgot to check the radiators I reported not producing heat, He left and I didn't know it or I would have said something. It would be nice if the tech would let the customer know when he is leaving and if everything is OK. He offered to come back that evening but I said no, since it is May and I can manage without them working right now.
When I have called for service, the person I spoke with was pleasant and helpful and arranged for my service call. The technicians are always professional, have a neat appearance, and explain what the issue is and what heeds to be done to repair the issue.
