We have burned wood for over 30 years. Switching to something other than wood was a big decision. We called Dead River for an estimate on a propane and an oil furnace. Justin was SO wonderful about answering any questions we had about propane. Everyone went above and beyond when installing the new furnace. They again answered any questions about the furnace fully reassuring us that we made the best choice. I tell everyone about our amazing experience with Dead River and how happy we are with them 😊

Like most of the techs. Like the 24 hour service even though response time can be slow. Don’t like requirement that you must take auto delivery in order to have a service plan. I have heard of customers running out of oil and Dead River saying they can’t deliver for a period of days in spite of auto delivery agreements. I am considering moving to another service provider. Leery about auto delivery being timely in winter months where my home is located.
