I was so impressed that Carmen took the time to alert us that the driver was having difficulties getting to our camp. We were able to immediately get the road plowed and sanded in time for the driver to circle back. Had she not called to alert us to the situation we would have missed the oil delivery. We were also able to set up propane delivery - with two very helpful associates- Rachel and…., they were able to get the documents to me quickly and put the order in place. Top notch, friendly and prompt service!! Impressed!
