Techs were prompt and helpful when our Rinnai died in the middle of winter a year ago. Came out within a reasonable time for a trouble call (it was our backup system, but used regularly during winter), declared it deceased, ordered and installed a replacement within a couple of weeks. I also like the budget plan but am confused as to the management. I have a high balance at the end of the year and, while it pays a bit of interest, I would like to see the overage either applied to the anticipated budget for the next year to lower the monthly payments, or a refund part or all of it if we are going to start over in July with a new payment plan. Nearing April, I now have a balance of over $1,000 and I expect my usage to decline as the weather warms.
