I like the employees. Everyone from the person answering calls, to the people servicing our boiler. Everyone is knowledgeable, friendly and generally helpful.
We had a problem with our furnace that involved my overfilling the boiler with water because I misread the glass sight tube, thinking the water level was zero. Your crew were here a good part of two days diagnosing the problem and draining the excess water. Your crew, and especially Jay, solved our problem. I thought I needed a new thermostat. I called and two servicemen came that morning only to discover I had put the batteries in wrong. They fixed the issue without making me feel embarrassed about my silly mistake. They were pleasant and very professional. Also, when I’ve called customer service a couple of times during the winter to check on fuel delivery the person I’ve talked to has always been very cordial.
The service technician was very communicative so knew exactly what was going on. He also was early but asked if it was okay for him to do the service. He didn’t just assumed that I was alright with him coming in and doing the service at that time. Very pleased with that attitude.
