Mo the service technician was terrific. He had to go up and down the cellar stairs about 10 times and that was a lot of work in itself. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it...a new small tank...I forget what it's called...expansion tank I think. I signed up for an annual tune-up a few years ago and the office person I talked to said I would get a discount on service calls/parts and labor...hope I do. I like your company and a live voice when I call your office. I like to chit chat with the technicians when they come over here and they're always knowledgeable and friendly.
