I was very pleased with my recent call to Dead River concerning the lack of hot water. A technician came to my home within hours of my call. He was a pleasant young man who had to work in a limited space, but was able to fix the problem.
I was with Breggy Oil for 25 years I got great service from them. Then when dead River purchased Breggy, they took over where Breggy left off.
Service is outstanding, respectful, and very customer oriented. They’re always on time, and after hours service get to you quickly .
The drivers are always polite and professional. I couldn’t ask for a better oil company
helpful when issues arrise, truthful quotes and a service team that puts customer's needs first and then follow thru with the job at hand. Each level of customer service is over the top.
I never have to worry about running out of oil. I always know my furnace is serviced annually and is in good operating condition. The service department just replaced some parts and made sure the furnace ran properly. The repairmen were very polite and explained everything they did. Thank you very much.
Mo the service technician was terrific. He had to go up and down the cellar stairs about 10 times and that was a lot of work in itself. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it...a new small tank...I forget what it's called...expansion tank I think. I signed up for an annual tune-up a few years ago and the office person I talked to said I would get a discount on service calls/parts and labor...hope I do. I like your company and a live voice when I call your office. I like to chit chat with the technicians when they come over here and they're always knowledgeable and friendly.
Every single Dead River employee with whom we have dealt over the years has been a pleasure and has been responsive to any questions and requests…office staff, delivery men and technicians. Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient!
