Jenny (Waterville office, I think?) followed up. She was great: professional, listened to what I said, and addressed it perfectly. She was competent, efficient, and tactful. Superb attitude. Could not ask for more! Dead River is exceptionally fortunate to have such a person on staff.
The personal touch!! I was able to meet and talk with a representative to discuss (and sign) my contract. I had a choice to meet in person (which I wanted), to discuss on the phone, or go online. The “in person” connection was the key to my enrollment.
When I did meet with Deb, she was patient, knowledgeable, and expressed that Dead River is available for concerns that I may have in the future.
I never worry about running out of propane or calling them as they make sure I have plenty and handle when I get the next delivery. I have one of the nicest delivery gentleman.
Dead River Company products and services have been top notch. Service people have been prompt, polite and knowledgeable when called. I would recommend the company to anyone who can afford them, being on automatic delivery is worth it.
Budget Plan, Presidential Plan, monthly payment plan. The friendliness of the staff whenever they are called. Scheduling appointments so they work around our schedule and time for furnace cleaning, and if a part is needed to complete the serviceman's job.
Willingness to work with us when we fall on hard times. It feels like "family" no matter what the situation may call for.
