The personal touch!! I was able to meet and talk with a representative to discuss (and sign) my contract. I had a choice to meet in person (which I wanted), to discuss on the phone, or go online. The “in person” connection was the key to my enrollment. When I did meet with Deb, she was patient, knowledgeable, and expressed that Dead River is available for concerns that I may have in the future.

Budget Plan, Presidential Plan, monthly payment plan. The friendliness of the staff whenever they are called. Scheduling appointments so they work around our schedule and time for furnace cleaning, and if a part is needed to complete the serviceman's job. Willingness to work with us when we fall on hard times. It feels like "family" no matter what the situation may call for.
