Your people are competent and courteous ! Latest example: this week your technician AUSTIN came to my house to check for a possible gas leak. Wasn’t one, thank God, however he was calm & thorough & explained everything so that a non-technical senior could understand and be reassured. Your office staff have also been exceptionally helpful & patient with this same senior’s billing confusions. Bless you all.
