It is easy to get a live person on the phone and they go out of their way to help you with questions if you have them. The people answering the phone are courteous and friendly. The delivery drivers are great, friendly and go out of their way to help you out also.
The technicians who have come to my home have arrived in a timely manner, been very professional, and explained what they were doing and answered my questions.
I have found their availability for actual human interaction, and therefore thought out responses and not just electronic push button responses both effective and good customer service. We has a low level tank, and rather than delay to the following week, a delivery was made the next day during a cold snap. While this may not seem as a big deal, the fact is the delivery reduced a lot of ongoing stress of whether the available fuel would fulfill the need over the next sub zero nights, as to not put both the property and people in a dangerous environment. Very helpful and responsive.
