I appreciate Crystals help each time I come to the office. I'm 86 years old & need some help when it comes to online - I brought my laptop in & she helped me sign up for my monthly payments online. I have been a customer for 20 years & always feel very well taken care of. The office staff is exceptional. The drivers are nice each time they come to deliver & each year I get my ATU the service Techs take care of my cleaning.

Today, we thought we had a propane gas leak. We called Dead River. They immediately dispatched Howard. He arrived, promptly determined that we did NOT have a propane leak, but nevertheless searched to determine what other circumstances might have led us to conclude propane might be leaking as there was a faint sulfurous odor in the air. In other words, Howard went way, way, way beyond his nominal task. He was really thorough beyond measure. Turns out, we simply had a "sulfur trap" in the plumbing. Without Howard, that discovery would have required one or more plumbers. I hope Howard is representative of all of Dead River. He is outstanding
