Diana did a lot of work that others were supposed to do. Diana also did the paperwork that was supposed to be done by a buyer. When the first buyer walked, Diana immediately had a backup. Then when the backup didn't qualify, Diana knew to lower the price. Then I lowered it even more. Diana's knowledge with the City of Taylor was a plus. Diana went to school with some of the men in the building department. She also had direct contacts with the city of Taylor. Most of all how Diana had to work with a very difficult person with a sale of my house was amazing. She displayed professionalism, knowledge and kept her cool! Diana diffused many conversations that could have turned into an argument. Even while on vacation, Diana kept communication about my sale. While preparing a meal for her family, she would still answer my text or calls. She was literally available 24 hours a day. Diana is the perfect example of what women in business should be like.

Deanna was beyond amazing toward myself and my partner. She treated us like we were her own children and she made our house buying process as smooth and easy as possible. She is straight forward and to the point and does NOT beat around the bush when it comes to honesty. With her honesty she definitely saved us from areas we would not be safe in no matter how nice the house was.
