Debora was fantastic to work with! She was very knowledgeable and respectful. She was patient with my being in a different time zone and I really appreciated that. Debora took care of everything she could for me and that was so helpful to relieve any stress on my end. She was always available for phone calls, questions and advice. Deb's patience and ability to get her head around a pretty unique and complicated piece of vacant land oriented towards horse people (even though she's not one). She persisted in getting answers to tricky questions about the property and its development potential. She put together a great set of photos and a video that really helped sell the property We were lucky to get two offers in a short time (3 months) and closed in less than 4 months from listing - when we thought it might take year's to find a buyer.
On the negative side, we had some issues with the title company - not Deb's fault. But I wouldn't recommend them (Capital Title).

Deb was very personal and worked closely with mortgage people and seller’s agent to keep me up to speed throughout the process of looking and buying my first house. It was still a stressful and exciting experience but she made it less so and never pressured me to buy if I wasn’t ready. Thank you Deb!

Deb Helber is an awesome realtor. She isn't pushy, she listens to her clients, and overall is a wonderful person to work with. We worked with Deb to both buy and sell our home - we loved our interactions with her and after working with other real estate agents in different states, wish she could be a national agent!

It was very fun getting to know and work with Deb throughout our home-buying experience. Given that this was our first home and that we were buying into a hot market from a distance during a pandemic, we imagined that we might be in for a rough ride. Deb made the whole process fun and (to the greatest extent possible) stress-free. As we went through the process, and as our wants and needs were refined through experience, Deb provided the perfect amount of guidance (including subtly pulling in on the reins a couple of times when we were considering buying homes that, ultimately, would not have been right for us). She helped us see the pros and cons of each home, including factors that we might not otherwise have considered. She was always available to us, despite our own long work hours, and spent several consecutive weekends taking us on video tours of multiple houses, followed by phone calls in the late evening hours to debrief. She helped us keep our cool and wait for the perfect house, which, to our great joy, eventually came along, at which point Deb helped us write the perfect offer, which got us into our home at the right price point for the market and for our budget. After our offer was accepted, as we went to close, Deb remained eminently available to us and helped us coordinate with the sellers and their agent. Even after closing, she helped us tie up a few loose ends, which really felt like the pinnacle of personal care. Put it all together, and you wind up with a solid 10 out of 10 rating and two very happy customers.

Deb was amazing! We moved from WI to MI and she made the process as stress free as possible. We spent a week out here and she showed us a number of houses in a number of neighborhoods and that helped us figure out what we wanted. From there she toured places for us while we were in WI and in the end found a home that my family and I absolutely love. I would highly recommend Deb!
