The production team and a designer named Andrea! I uploaded my custom design and indicated no proofs were needed… thank goodness for the production team - I would not have been happy with the result and fault would have been mine. I was very grateful they flagged it and I had the pleasure of receiving a direct phone call from Andrea, and she not only fixed everything but made it better in a way I hadn’t considered.
