Bridget was extremely patient and helpful. I was trying to get labels for my 11yo daughter’s candle business project. She was creating the artwork on Canva and we had some problems sizing it to the correct size for the label. We tried a few times, and just couldn’t get it right. Bridget asked me to call, and in less than 5 minutes she understood what we wanted and asked if she could edit the artwork for us. I gave her the go-ahead and in under an hour later she sent proofs that were exactly what we wanted. We will be ordering from Decals.com again. 100% recommend!
there was some issue with my upload and someone from the Decals.com team emailed me within a few hours to let me know the artwork was not received and to get int ouch with them. My project was not delayed as a result of their quick response.

Customer support is excellent!! I had a small issue with my logo decal that I didn't catch until I applied it to my trailer. I called Decals.com customer service, explained my situation and they sent a new set at no charge and resolved the issue!! I will definitely be doing more business with them in the near future.
