Sheresse, my customer service rep, was fantastic. I had very specific requirements, which made my request somewhat specific and inflexible. Sheresse very patiently and helpfully explained things to me--I am a novice at this--and worked through a variety of options. Just when I was about to give up getting a solution from Decals.com, Sheresse came up with a solution that works beautifully for me. Sheresse is very definitely an asset to Decals.com and a credit to the organization. When I think of customer service that goes above and beyond, I think of the kind of service and support Sheresse gave me.
Placing the order was easy online as it basically walked you thru step by step, then there was a fast response to confirm the order even outside of their business hours.

Jennifer Olsen is the best. She persisted in getting my OK, made the changes while I waited, confirmed that the new invoice was correct, and thanked me for my order. Even after all of that, I could still hear her smile over the phone. AND she did not waist my time. She knows her stuff. I hope to work with her in the future.
