I was so surprised to get a call about the artwork quality! She explained everything to me very clearly and helped me make a new plan. My eps file was really blurry all blown up so they vectorized it and made it nice. I've had companies just print what I give them before, and then it ends up looking rough or unusable. For Decals.com to truly care about their work and making sure it looks good, I loved that. She called me again and we were able to up the shipping. It shipped a day earlier even, and arrived 2 days later. I just applied them to the truck and trailer today and they're everything I hoped for!
