She was helpful, patient, kind, professional and spent about 45 minutes on the phone with me to get me what I wanted. In our world, where customer service is lacking, this experience gave me hope that maybe things can get better.
I appreciate the timely and thorough email communicate and the process that decals.com goes through to make sure that my order is going to turn out how I have in mind. I don't know the ins and outs of decal vocabulary but they are the experts and they help me with figuring out just the right thing.
