There was an issue with the design I submitted being too pixilated. I know first hand that many other print companies would have just printed and said that was my problem. Instead a nice lady called and emailed me - long story short she was able to redesign and fix the logo for me without charging me to send it to the art department AND still got the proof out for production that day. I havent received the vinyl yet but highly recommend based on the ordering experience and proof that I received.

I have ordered from Decals.com for years now. I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences with them. On my last order there was a mistake totally on my part with an address change that I overlooked as far as shipping details. They addressed the mistake and helped me get it straightened out with UPS. I really appreciated that, the team as far as customer service is great and I was pleased with the conversations I had in order to get things squared away.
