They couldn't use the initial .pdf i sent them, but Decals.com was able to take the fonts and wood art from my MS Word file to create the necessary formatting for my vinyl decals and magnets. It did end up costing me more than the pricing from their website, which I wish I had a better understanding of when placing my order.

I had Whitney go over the entire process with me and helped me get my logo ordered in the reflective decal beautifully. Got it color matched as well which was pretty awesome and, this maybe a personal preference/particularity, whatever color you do choose, I'd go a bit darker. It maybe just a one off but still extremely well done.

Katie B was AMAZING!! She explained everything and gave honest advice about my design. She was patient and made this experience much easier to navigate. Without question, I will be a returning customer, to Katie, who listened and walked me through my cluelessness of the world of decals. I know I could ask her anything and she will clearly go the extra mile to make a tired, weary customer, a loyal one. And all I did was "gamble on google".
