You take care of the needs of everyone who walks in your door. I’ve recommended you for years. When you sold me a bike years ago, I had my eyes on a more expensive one. I didn’t know it didn’t fit me. You showed me the difference in the fit. I have loved my bike all these years.

I recently got new handle covers that doesn’t require that socket thingy which was very convenient and cheap and didn’t take long to install at all. I also picked up a new trick to assuage the break squealing my bike is ever so fond of.
