I like that Dedham Bike is conveniently located in the center and easily accessible. The whole experience from scheduling an appointment to finished repairs was seamless. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who took the time to explain the work needed and cost and turnaround time. My Ebike is in better condition than when I first received it from the company, I ordered it with. The folks at Dedham bike are highly skilled and came highly recommended to me from several people.
