I scoured around to try and find a locally owned bike shop that cared about giving quality service and giving back to their community. Matt does just that! While I was there, I saw him give advice to a mother and her child about using a push bike vs training wheels and he gave another individual advice on how to sell his bike through several avenues. Beyond that, he demonstrated his knowledge of bikes by answering some technical questions about my mountain bikes suspension system. He was open and honest about his service and turnaround times. I'm glad I was able to find what I was looking for!

Jim is absolutely an expert - when I get a list of things fixed on my bike I know that the work needed to be done - or that it's something that will need to be done. It is great to have a shop where you can trust the scope and quality of the work - every time. I highly recommend Dedham Bike for their deep knowledge of cycling - when buying a new bike or servicing an existing bike.
