AC Technician was fully trained and experienced to trouble shoot and successfully make repairs to my system in a timely manner. He also performed preventative measures to ensure the longevity of my system. Great service. thanks Jeff C.
Customer service was great about getting back to me and what the next steps were. Installer wasn't able to fix my problem on first attempt as he didn't have the part on him. Parts department was great about ordering the correct part and keeping me informed. Same with the installer, he contacted me right away when the job couldn't be done first time and let me know why. Was really quick and got my tenants up and running after the part was in.
First tech thought I needed a $450 part and we ordered it. Upon second visit for installation, second tech determined $450 part was not needed, so instead of installing it for no reason, he installed another small part, resulting in a $58 visit instead of $450.
It is my belief that many other companies would have installed the unneeded expensive part anyway, and billed me for it.
The service tech was very professional. Asked how was the unit performing, and did I have any questions. He gave clear instructions on what I needed to do to keep the unit working properly. I was very pleased.
