Denise was very knowledgeable and helpful. She always responded promptly to all questions (phone, text and email). She always had a professional approach and was always eager to help. Her advice on everything from preparing the house for pictures to accepting bids was “spot on”. The house sold in a week and closed on the targeted date. Selling my parents home of 65 years was an emotional task. Denise made it effortless. She will be highly recommended.
