The gym and changing rooms are always clean, great facilities in the changing rooms like hair dryers and a space to get ready. I mostly do the classes and I really enjoy Kevin and Niamh's classes.

The welcome, collegiality of Shane, Charlie and gang every morning motivates to get out of bed at 5.15am to get in to get training done. There is a super atmosphere there with it being a non judgemental safe space.

Super friendly and helpful staff was my immediate take. Great vibes on arrival to join up. Special thanks to Hannah for getting me set up with all the details. The gym has a nice layout with a nice splash of colour and good modern machines and good changing facilities. Glad I joined and look forward to participating more as I get used to it :)
