Dennis was an absolute pleasure to work with while searching for and buying my new home. We searched for eight months in one of the most difficult housing markets for buyers in decades. Dennis provided objective feedback about each of the properties we looked at and about the market conditions. There was no pressure to put in an offer or settle for something that I didn’t feel comfortable living in. Regardless of the reason for not liking a property, Dennis was always patient and understanding. When the time came to put in an offer, he was well prepared and advised me of various options to help make my offer more competitive. Towards the end of working together, Dennis was able to predict my expectations, and effectively articulated my response to various issues. He emphasized the strengths of my offers when communicating with the selling agents. He kept me informed every step of the way and was always available when I had a question. Mr. Hubbard was responsive, diligent and friendly. He had the house sold in one day with a cash offer $10K over asking price. That's probably enough said, but Dennis knows the community and the market. I trusted him completely.

Dennis was great. He was very knowledgeable about the market and took time to understand what we were looking for and what we needed in a new house. Dennis was always quickly available to show us a house on short notice. He was a real advocate for us, telling us the good and bad about the houses we were looking at. Because of this, we had a high level of trust in Dennis, as he would give his honest opinion if he felt a house was not right for us. He was very easy to work with. In fact, now that he helped us find a new house, we are retaining him to help us sell our current house. We highly recommend Dennis.
