Denny was very knowledgeable prompt, and on top of everything. He also gave us contacts for numerous contractors such as the inspector and roofers and was part of contractors visit and quotes. His previous work experience was extremely valuable.

Dennis is an outstanding person through and through. He was accommodating and open minded when showing me houses and assertive and efficient when we’d put in an offer. He was always so positive, even when I would get discouraged that I wouldn’t find the right house. When I did find my house, he made it happen, which is not easy in todays market. Dennis was very professional. He took the time to carefully explain everything to my elderly mom regarding the sale of her home. These things can be scary for people who have not sold or purchased property in 40 plus years.
