I have one complaint to tell you. I always purchase my parking and pay up front. Recently I had a situation where I needed to cancel my space. Surprise to me when I found out that because I pay up front, the money was NOT refundable. I had no idea. I feel that I should have been able to use that money another time, but I lost it. That doesn't settle right with me.

There is always a shuttle right there ready to load you when you get to the lot and when you land. The shuttles are all nice and have seat belts and all of the staff is super nice and helpful.

We parked there for 5 days, when we got off the shuttle, we left one suitcase on the bus. Before we even left the property we contacted by phone, and our suitcase was returned just outside the parking lot. thank you for your prompt customer service.
