Reasonable pricing and coupons, ability to reserve ahead of time and earn free days, door to door service/ pickup and drop off at car, relatively quick pick up from terminal, friendly staff, and cold water when leaving. I’ve been a member for about 20 years living in different cities and love the parking spot.

My driver back from the airport was such a lovely gal! I wish I had gotten her name so I could give her a personal shout-out! But everything about my experience was completely smooth, and I will park with The Parking Spot South again for sure!

Loved that the driver gives you a card indicating where you parked your car. Extremely helpful at drop off. It was also helpful that there was a sign in which row to park upon entering the Parking Spot. It was my first time so I was confused on where to go to get picked up by the shuttle after I parked. Otherwise this rating would be a 10!
