We recently booked 3/28 to 3/31. When we went to park, the clerk at the gate said we were in Basic. I did not know what that meant. She told us where to park, had trouble finding basic and where we told for pickup. After about half and hour went back to the gate because nobody picked us up and she told us again where to park. We did not know you made these changes,so used to park on a designed row for pickup. When we returned, I asked the driver about the change. he said basic you park anywhere in basic and drag your luggage to the lighten cover and put your own luggage on the van. We are seniors and sometimes our luggage is to heavy for us to lift. Does that mean we need to park in standard the old way? and with standard can we park in the handicap area, we have a card? Thanks. We had no prior notification of the changes
Excellent service. Upon arrival, the driver immediately helped me unload my car and put everything in the shuttle. It was very helpful since I have 2 toddlers. Everything was amazing from beginning to end.
