Easy parking don't have to fight traffic getting in and out. Shuttle is quick on both ends. Sad this time that there was no water o our exit was extremely thirsty.

Convenient, easy, never had a problem. I would however suggest/like to see some more order at the airport pick up to avoid people cutting the line when limited shuttles are running. Perhaps a QR code on the sign for the shuttle that people scan in order to get a number in line.

I’ve always been very satisfied with your pricing. It doesn’t break the bank. Every time I have parked with you, a van is usually waiting to pick me up before I even get out of the car. When I return from my trip, the wait time on the island is normally short and consistent. Drivers have always been very helpful with my baggage.

We frequently park at the Parking Spot for business and for vacations. Driver's are exceptionally helpful courteous, and friendly. The shuttles run frequently day and night and we've never missed a flight due to a Spot issue.
