There are 2 things we really appreciate about The Parking Spot. We appreciate being dropped off at curbside at the Terminal and being dropped off at our car when we return. Also being elderly, we so like the help the drivers give us in unloading and loading our luggage.
I love the ease of making, and changing, a reservation in the app, and the pricing is great. Our most recent experience wasn't as good as in the past though, with the new Basic and Standard options. It was confusing and we ended up going the wrong way in the lot and parking in the wrong section because the attendant told us the wrong thing. My suggestion would be to make the signage very very clear, and honestly, maybe even do away with it all together. It feels like a money grab, which isn't a great feeling from a company that we have used and loved for a long time.
From booking online, arriving at PS, being picked up by PS shuttle at your parking spot, to shuttle ride back to the PS directly to your car and checkout the PS SOUTH ROCKS!!
Easy to book online and easy to park after you enter the gate. Not so easy to exit. You shouldn’t have to look up your reservation since you have obviously paid because you’re exiting. It took me a while to find my reservation even though I had already paid.
I like it when the bus picks up at the airport in a reasonable amount of time. My last trip I waited almost 1 hour for a bus. It was between 2:00am and 3:00am.
Drivers are helpful and friendly. Shuttle busses need more maintenance such as struts and shocks to make ride more smooth for passengers. Your check-out kiosks need serious upgrading and repair. Every time I use your lot, there is a delay or glitch in checking out. Either the kiosk doesn't recognize the touch screen, or won't print a receipt.
