We pulled up and parked. There was a bus already waiting. Was helped with our luggage. Dropped us off at the airport. Only problem was I forgot there were two locations. Boarded the wrong bus and had to get off and find the right bus but as soon as we did, it take us back to our car and drop us off. And I liked the low price. Nice drivers.

Things were fine on my recent trip. But had to wait a little while to get picked up upon return and the shuttle was filled to the max (with I think some having to wait for the next one). Need to ensure sufficient frequency of shuttles during busy times. This seems like a bit of a step back from how things had been.

I like the convenience and cost of using the Parking Spot. The only unpleasant feedback I can offer is that the AC was broken in the shuttle we used last week, and it was very uncomfortably hot in the vehicle. Aside from that, all was good.

The Parking Spot offers a safe and secure environment for my truck. I never have to wait long for a shuttle to and from the airport. And, the drivers are friendly and helpful.

The process is quick and easy. Never have to wait for a bus at the lot more than five minutes. I like that you can track the location of a bus. One thing... the check in machines at entrance are often quirky and cause frustration.

I love that the shuttles will come straight to your car. The drivers of the shuttles have always been kind and have helped me with my suitcases. I think it’s a sweet bonus when you’re leaving that you can get a free water.. It’s the little touches.!
