I park with Parking Spot because I know they have secure facilities where I don't have to worry about my vehicle being safe, and their rates are affordable. I also like the different level of services so that I can pay for what I want. Drivers have always been friendly and helpful.

Pickup and drop off at your car. But you may need bigger buses. Or more of them. When we came home late Saturday afternoon there were lots of folks waiting. We use the South lot. The one time we tried the west lot, they did not have my AAA account info so there was a problem paying for the parking with the AAA discount. Are your two lots synced up yet!

Last time we traveled the driver did not even drop us at the outside airline baggage drop off. We had to walk across the terminal and do our bags inside. That has never happened before but it was inconvenient!

Pick up near vehicle with driver loading luggage then, on return, being dropped off at vehicle with driver unloading luggage from shuttle and offeŕing to put in vehicle, if needed. We tippedboth ways.
