Everyone that helped me at the Parking Spot was friendly and helpful. The driver who brought me to pick up my car actually put my suitcase into the trunk. I am older, and his assistance was appreciated. When I made the payment, the machine was not running properly, so the woman at the payment booth came around to assist me, and she did this with a friendly smile. My vehicle was kept safe during my trip, and it was ready for pickup, and found quickly upon my return.

I love the convenience and price of parking off the airport. I feel like my car is safe for however long I need to leave it. But I would say that the new arrangement of walking to my car from the drop off location can be a bit warry at night in the dark. I don't mind the self service nature of general parking but it would be nice to have multiple drop offs that coordinate with the parking lanes.

I won’t park anywhere else. It’s the best! Once when I was being dropped off, the driver wanted me to open my doors before he left. I’m glad he did! My car battery was dead and he was able to radio for help and they had my car jumped within 5 minutes! I tell everyone I know about this!

Very nice drivers. Easy pickup from the airport. (Although it has gotten very confusing on how to exit the Parking Spot as well as where the places are that you’re suppose to go to to be picked up to go to the airport after parking your car)

You are always right there when I arrive to park and it is always a minimal wait upon return. You were all very, very helpful and responsive when I accidentally left a jacket on the shuttle. I appreciated so much being able to recover the jacket and your wonderfully rapid communication and responsiveness.
