The customer service I received at the gate was outstanding. A camera mistakenly must have deemed I stayed in covered parking but I did not. This increased my (pre-secured).l charge by 50%(!). However, by moving over to the lane that had someone working it (not the self check-out), the person (woman, glasses) was able to help me get my $47 back (fee had increased from $100 to $147). I recently lost my job and money is tight, so I appreciated this so much. If you know who was working weds 4/6 at 8:30 pm, it was her. I was really impressed.
The Parking Spot is easy to use, I think our car is safe from vandalism, and the driver is always waiting to pick us up, and it is relatively convenient to the airport. On our recent trip, the shuttle that took us to the airport was the worst we've had had, was way too old, making very loud noises and even worse, had no shocks at all! We felt every spot in the bad roads. The shuttle that picked us up was the nicest one in the years that we've been using the Parking Spot. Except for the one on our ride back, all the shuttles need new shocks.
Re: SOUTH lot: More frequent pick up times at the DIA terminal than in the past! Especially during inclement weather. Driver courtesy has increased as well! More timely trips to the DIA terminal from the parking lot than in the past. There always seems to be a client rush to the airport and rush to the parking lot upon return. This is a "rushed business"!
The Parking Spot is in a convenient location. The Shuttle is quick and the drivers are very friendly and knowledgeable. Makes traveling so much easier knowing I can get to the airport quickly and that my car is in a safe location.
