We have always had great experiences with The Parking Spot. Great service and friendly drivers. I only had to wait once for a pick-up and it was nearly 30 minutes. I almost missed my plane but that was the only time and it was early morning.

It is safe, easy and pick up is a breeze. My tire light came on, on the way to the airport. When I returned from my trip, the driver was kind and even came to my car check my tires before I left the lot.

Had a flat tire in the early morning arriving to our vehicle. It was cold and frustrating. Your driver, Deb, went above and beyond to get us on the road. She went to the shop and got the air compressor. Her and the guard on duty, name starts with a C, made sure I had enough air to get to a station to fill it up and get home. Thanks and Happy Holidays.
