Making reservations is very easy! And having the QR code on the app is very helpful. There is very short wait times from the parking lot and from the airport. The drivers are always friendly and polite. Very helpful with suitcases too. Love having the QR code for the driver tip is also appreciated.

Everyone that helped me at the Parking Spot was friendly and helpful. The driver who brought me to pick up my car actually put my suitcase into the trunk. I am older, and his assistance was appreciated. When I made the payment, the machine was not running properly, so the woman at the payment booth came around to assist me, and she did this with a friendly smile. My vehicle was kept safe during my trip, and it was ready for pickup, and found quickly upon my return.

I love the convenience and price of parking off the airport. I feel like my car is safe for however long I need to leave it. But I would say that the new arrangement of walking to my car from the drop off location can be a bit warry at night in the dark. I don't mind the self service nature of general parking but it would be nice to have multiple drop offs that coordinate with the parking lanes.
