I like to be picked up at my car and dropped off at my car. The drivers are always friendly and professional. I have noticed that there has been a longer wait time lately for shuttle service in both directions. We waited in the cold one day near our car for quite some time, which made me almost rethink using the Parking Spot in the future. Also, we always make a reservation to park. What is the difference now between the basic and the other option? There is no covered parking so why choose one option over another and why did you change?

Your shuttles are running regularly. They get full at certain times of day but I can count on them during daylight hours. Never tried them during off hours.
