There needs to be a better system for airport pickup and defining whether South, East, or West more clearly. We came in late Saturday March 21 from Cancun and there was an enormous amount of people in line and many had been waiting for your shuttle for over an hour! The “so called” South line had people there who were needing the East or West shuttle. So very confusing. We called an Uber to take the 5 of us plus baggage to the South parking lot to get to our car rather than wait in a confusing line for hours. Realizing it was spring break time just made it all the more people and very confusing. We will continue to use the South parking Spot lot, but something needs to be done to more clearly identify the different pickup locations. The signs were on the sidewalk and could not be seen with the amount of people waiting. The signs need to be higher in order for people to see. We are 80 year old people and this “mess” is not conducive to Seniors!!

This was my first time using the The Parking Spot instead of parking at the Denver airport, and I am very impressed! Our flight was very early, and we arrived to the lot very early (around 3am) and we didn't have to wait long for a shuttle at all. From when we entered to the lot to when we made it to check in our bags was just about 30 minutes. We had just as easy of a trip for the return. I highly recommend!

Very convenient for my needs. Cell service is not good for check out or check in. Best to have QR Code pulled up before entering or exiting. Otherwise, the shuttle is great 👍🏼
