I like that I can make a reservation and prepay online, and save money. I like that I accrue credit(s) toward future reservations. I like that I can follow driver progress for pick up using the Parking Spot app. I like that everything about parking at the Parking Spot is efficient and well organized. I like being delivered directly to my vehicle. I like that Parking Spot drivers help me load/unload luggage onto/off the shuttle. I have referred friends to the Parking Spot, and they like me for that.
