The ease of coming to the parking lot and the Assistance finding a parking spot. We also enjoyed how the van came and picked us right up and dropped us right off at our car. The cost for a week stay was very manageable. The final and Best yet we forgot to lock our car and when we came back a week later, everything was safe and secure thank you.

We’ve used The Parking Spot South a handful of times and have had a wonderful experience every time. We’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a shuttle to pick us up either at the lot or at the airport. All the staff are friendly and helpful. We’ve already recommended this company to a handful of friends, and we plan to keep using it.

Overall you run a great operation. You have secured parking areas that are well lit for adequate safety. The drivers are helpful and friendly. Your buses run regularly. However, there have been times when people are left behind. We had to wait for a second van because of the lack of space. One man who was ahead of us had to wait for 3 vans before the driver allowed him on due to the size of his huge carryon which could not be placed in the aisle according to the driver due to safety regulations which we all understood. Have you considered buying larger buses to accommodate more people especially for holiday and weekend loads? Also, these buses have adequate storage space under the bus which would alleviate storage issues. Nonetheless, my family and I are please with The Parking Spot and will continue to use it in the future. Thank you.
