Never mad when I choose The Parking Spot during a trip. Thank you for continuing to make it easy for me to park. From the QR code to enter when I arrive and depart, to a driver being very close and ready to go, to frequent pick-ups when I return, you do it all well.
This last time I traveled during the shut-down and almost had my trip cancelled - I learned about your cancellation/change policy well within the 24 hour period before travel - and realized I had no idea how to change a reservation if I needed to.
Also, I hadn't realized that there are different pick-up spots for the South lot when you are waiting for the shuttle at DIA - maybe the driver could let the guests know that there are multiple pick-up locations based on where you parked so that you don't miss the shuttle.

I love that the Parking Spot van picks you up and drops you off at your vehicle. No more dragging your luggage to the nearest bus stop. Also, it’s a gated parking lot with security so vehicles are more secure than in airport lots. The price is very reasonable and very comparable to the Pikes Peak lot at DIA. You do need to let them know ahead of time (through the user friendly app) how long your vehicle will be parked there, but it’s very easy to extend your stay if your flight is delayed or if you decided to extend your trip for a few days. Just scan the barcode in the app on your way in and your way out, there’s no need to print a physical ticket for the windshield.
I was able to get a great price for my recent reservation. Transport was there when we pulled up, even at 3:30 am. The app allowed me to find the next pickup bus at the airport.
