It is super convenient and easy. Takes all of the frustration out of driving to the actual airport.

Very little waiting and the shuttle comes right to you. I also like the spots on the shuttle - there is no chance of getting on the wrong shuttle! I also like the texted instructions. They are very specific.

Shuttles are quick to pick us up in the lot and this last time at the airport pickup when we returned it was MUCH better than the last time. Last time, we had to wait for the third shuttle to pick us up. This time, there wasn't a line to get back. Not sure how you solve that other than to put a bunch of shuttles in some hold space at DIA and let them loose when things get backed up.
