We love parking here. We have never had an issue, but this time we were told where to park and then when checking out were told (via the computer screen) that we parked in the wrong spot and therefore owed more. The representative helping us kindly waived it due to company error, and we will definitely be back again.

Easy to use most of the time; we continue to park there because it is very convenient. FYI: I think there needs to be more shuttles; I have waited as long as 30 minutes for a shuttle to the south lot.
