On a previous trip in April--unknown to me,my phone slipped off my carry-on in the ParkingSpot shuttle. When I got to my gate--no phone! I used my husband's phone to call the number on the ParkingSpot vehicle locator slip and they were right on it. I had remembered the section we had parked in--that also helped. I received a phone call within minutes and the phone was found--wedged between the seat cushion and the metal siding of the seat! No sound of dropping on the floor to help us realize the problem! The driver found it quickly; I returned to the drop-off spot and he had my phone!!! He and the office staff were the savior to my vacation--thank you so much for your fast assistance.
