The van was very close to where i was directed to park my car & the driver was extremely helpful by offering to put my heavy suitcase in the van. She was cheerful & attentive. No waiting around. She immediately picked up a few others & we were off to the airport. She explained which side of DIA she would first be dropping off passengers, did so, & then took the rest of us to the east side. Again she took my suitcase off the van. Very good service.
