Easy to get to the parking lot and plenty of signs to know where to enter, park, and exit. I’ve never had an issue with shuttles either, great on timing and picking me up where I park. Sonya was a pleasant presence at the West location!

There were so many employees helping us check in, park, and check out. We didn't have to wait for the shuttles either. Great service!

Each employee that I countered on September 4th and 8th was friendly, polite, and helpful. I wish that I could name each person who helped me, but I do remember Sonja and the nice conversation that we had as I was preparing to leave. Perhaps the best part was the cold water at the pay station. It really hit the spot on a hot day. Thank you.
