Denzil and team were SO helpful with my mortgage. He understood my goals completely and was available any time I had a question. Really. ALWAYS got back to me quickly. And always was patient with my naive questions. The team eased a lot of my burden with their online services and their constant communication, so I always knew where we were in the process and what the next steps were. My real estate transaction happened exactly as they planned/predicted and I can say I am truly joyful and relieved, as well as ecstatic and hopeful about where this will take me now! I always knew I was in good hands. It’s so great to know I could trust and rely on his team explicitly. Really can’t recommend them enough! (Already let Denzil know I’ll work them again on a refinance when interest rates drop. He’s already looking out for me.)
