My online order was prepared quicker than I expected. Everything was ready to go when I arrived. Both of the women who were working were very friendly and welcoming. So I did take some time to look through the store to see if anything caught my eye and picked up a few more things--since there's no such thing as too many toys for a particular dog in the pack.

The employee was very kind at the Derby store. Very knowledgeable about the products. Easy store to get to from Haysville. I purchased 2 shampoos and paid for 5winter bathing sessions for my shepherd as a bundle. Got an extra 8% off for donating cat food to the Kansas dog pound. Very excited about doing business here. Can’t remember the employees name but it was Thursday 8/20 afternoon. He was extremely patient and kind, offering many different options with the products!
