The staff is absolutely top notch! Anytime I come in I'm always greeted with a smile and how can we help? This last time I came in, the lovely woman that was at the register not only rang me up, listened to how well my pup was getting over her allergies with a simple diet change, annnnd carried my large bag of dog food to my car! She absolutely didn't have too, but was kind enough to do so. Chuck and Don's is really great!! 10/10 Absolutely hands down recommend.

Don and Chucks in Derby is the best! I love taking my dog in for grooming, and buying treats for their special occasions. Every time I've been into this store, the staff are super friendly and happy to help. The store is clean, well organized, and super bright. I've never had a bad time finding something on the shelf.
