Always an excellent experience every time! I am greeted at the door ALWAYS and asked to be helped.. she looked up the last brand for my cat and also grabbed off the shelf for me ( great customer service move) then stayed with me engaging about a dog food I always get that was out of stock.. she was wonderful and so sorry I did not look to see her name. However, EVERYBODY is that stellar when visiting.

Everyone there is so knowledgeable and Sarah greets is as soon as we walk in the door and calls my dog by name which gets her so excited because she knows a yummy treat follows. Love my Chuck and Don'
