I have been going to Silver Sneakers 3x a week for 16 years!! I have all new body parts, both knees, both hips, screws in all my toes, fused ankles...just had a little toe removed.if i didn't go to silver sneakers in would not be walking or doing much of any thing. For people who are lonely it us a social opportunity. I dont need that as I have my 65 hairdresser license and still work. I'm going to be 84 in june!

Friendly staff and guests. Room to work out. Rarely wait times for equipment. Awesome gym for basketball. It would be great to have full size mens basketballs - they tend to be kids balls.

I have been going to the Y since 2014 when I moved to Cave Creek. The staff is absolutely wonderful and they offer great classes where I have made many friends over the years. The Y also makes very needed contributions to our community.

I know I always say the same thing, but I do love Valley of the Sun YMCA! The facility is beautiful and always clean. The people who work there, front desk, trainers and instructors are so nice and always helpful. The classes (for me) are great and everyone always has a smile for you! Love, love, love this place!!
