Digital Print Solutions overall has been great to work with, the one thing i would like to see done differently is this if you recieve artwork or cut instructions that just don't seem right reach out and let your customers know what the possible problems are with the instructions provided. Example; on my last order i thought i had ordered my decals kiss cut and must have inadvertenly hit die cut, while you did off a $25% discount to redo "Thank You" a 1 minute email could have saved us all time and money.
