I like the 30 min in and out. Very prompt and always on time. 1 Year in and I still look forward to the workouts. Quality of life improvement out ways the cost!
Taylor (from Maple Grove location) is an incredible trainer! I would recommend her to anyone. I have had other trainers and done other workout programs, but none have been as effective as the Discover Strength method and trainers. I truly look forward to my workouts and get excited about them. Thank you for everything you all do, and the dedication you bring to every client.
I have been going to DS for a long time and no matter which Trainer I train with, they are always attentive to my form for a safe and challenging work out. I always recommend this Gym to anyone that would like a safe, challenging, and quick workout.
I’ve never seen results like this in my life from any other workout regimen I’ve done. The dedication of the staff and their ability to push me to capacity with each exercise is phenomenal. I’m hooked! I look forward to my twice weekly sessions and have loved working with every trainer. I feel fully supported and encouraged by the team and ecstatic to have found the perfect fit to meet my personal physical goals. I’ll be turning 50 this year and have never felt stronger or more confident in my body.
I’m fatigued but in a good way when I leave. I believe I’m in good hands with the instructors and they know what they’re doing and what is best for me at the place I currently am. As I’m recovering from an illness I have no idea what I can tolerate anymore. They do. I’m very impressed with the abilities and communication between staff members. I have already recommended it to friends. I think there is a friend of mine that is planning on doing the introductory training in the Plymouth location.
The trainers are the first reason I think of when I’m asked about Discover Strength. The are very knowledgeable about physical training, very professional but mostly they are personable.
Every session begins with a quick chat about how the body is feeling and if there are any problem areas that need to be discussed. As a 68 year old client, I appreciate that and on most occasions I do have an issue or two,mostly brought on by excessive playing with the grandkids.
The workout is straight forward with emphasis on safety. All exercises are done in slow, controlled movements that avoid injury but get the maximum exertion for true strength building.

I really like that it's all based on current science, and it really works! I started at Discover Strength with knee, back, and right shoulder issues, and after working on strengthening the muscles around those body parts, I no longer have those problems! And I had been told that I would need new knees soon. But my knees seem fine now!
And Jim Trnka is an awesome trainer!!!!
