All the trainers are very friendly. The workout is efficient. I like how the trainers push me to improve, but also are thoughtful about safety and injury.
My trainer Chris does a wonderful job, encourages me to have a good workout, even when I don’t want to, and is very flexible about scheduling.
Discover Strength helps me get the weight training work out I need but might not be motivated enough to do on my own.
The trainers are very personable, listen to my goals and feedback, and always quickly respond to enact changes as necessary. I feel like they truly care and have the knowledge to make the right changes for my body/training.
