Training staff who know their “stuff.” They are personable and exceptional motivators—able to push me to muscle failure routinely (which of course paradoxically means success in the language of strength training). Each 30 minute session build upon the last and the reevaluation after a prescribed time period is valuable in mapping out the course of future sessions. Couldn’t be more satisfied! Recommend wholeheartedly Discover Strength Northeast.
