I love working with my personal trainer (Sophie). She's professional, encouraging but not pushy, and she asks me how I'm doing every day when I walk in. That way we're on the same page for expectations for the workout. She also picks a great wide range of music!

Maria is the best! The strength training sessions are extremely hard, but the gains I've made have been fantastic! I had groin problems (from hockey) and she has helped me play hockey without pain! And, she has really helped my running ability! I hope to set a PR this summer in the half marathon. At 53!
