I love Discover Strength and Plymouth! I love everything about it! I love the trainers. I love their customer service and I love the program! I tell everyone about Discover Strength, especially the Plymouth location because they have top notch trainers! They are so great to work wiith, have excellent customer service and friendly environment! Strongly recommend! I even bring my grandson there who's eight years old. We have our special training night together, where he has his own trainer, Rick, who's great with him, and I have Jake, who's awesome! On Fridays I have Rachel- who's incredible as well. [FIRST NAME REMOVED]- forever client!

I like several things about DS's services: 1) I'm in and out in 30 minutes 2) Team culture - I'm greeted by everyone working when I enter 3) Qualified trainers - All of the trainers I've worked with at DS are focused on form and safety and can explain the science behind the movements 4) Focus on progress - even incremental!
