My trainer Justin Clark is the best - great coach, flexible, respectful, honest, down to earth. Very effective exercise paradigm accomplished in little time.
I recall enjoy working out with Emmy, she had become an excellent trainer who pushes me extremely hard to get a good workout.
Justin is good as well since he got a lot of experience.
I haven’t worked out much with Zack so cant really tell much about him

Fast and efficient way to get in shape. Trainers inspire you to do more than you think you can and are meticulous about proper form and safety. For someone who hates working out, Discover Strength is by far the least painful experience I've had in decades. :)
I appreciate that training at Discover Strength takes the guess work out of strength training. In the past, I've been intimidated by all the different options and strategies. At DS, I just show up, do what I'm told and put in the effort to get the results I've never been able to get on my own. I appreciate that the trainers listen to my needs and continue to encourage and challenge me.
