The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, especially about how to support injuries while maintaining strength. I love that the workouts are 30 minutes, making them easy to fit into my day.
I am recovering from a Total Knee Arthroplasty, and it has been so beneficial to have the expertise of my trainers on this journey with me. I believe I am achieving much greater return of muscle mass and flexibility because of my training. It's a big part of my recovery!

Objective measurement (weight stack, rep, etc) allows easier scheduling as it is almost site/trainer agnostic
Appointments are easy to book. The trainers are wonderful and lots of fun. I love that it's just half an hour twice a week. I like that there's no contract. I've made great gains in my strength, so much that I've competed in powerlifting (at age 80) and won five medals. Woo hoo!
I feel like the trainers really care and are interested in helping me. Every time I have given feedback, they have responded and helped adjust my workout for whatever I currently need
