Both my husband and I attend Woodbury Discover Strength. We love the supportive, encouraging yet challenging environment! The personal touch of knowing each clients name is wonderful! All the trainers are extremely knowledgable and keep you motivated throughout the workout. It's great to have a small group and/or 1:1 training option. We love the pure fact that you can achieve a full body workout in 30-45 minutes; Efficient yet effective! Big shout out to all the trainers at Woodbury...we worked hard to gain strength and endurance to complete the Camino de Santiago trail in Northern Spain a few months ago. The entire training team sent us a congratulations video at the end of our journey. We were so impressed with this personal touch! They really do care at Woodbury Discover Strength!
I appreciate how they take in consideration my previous injuries when developing a plan specifically designed for me and my fitness goals. I also appreciate that the trainers are always assessing how my body feels, both during my workout and afterwards.

Compared to another strength training establishment that I have used, DS is more personalized to the client. The trainers are trained in customer service and care for the client. The trainer examples “Never stop improving “ by their real respectful approach and motivates me to improve and work hard at the session. Whatever the leadership does to keep the trainer’s working morale high is working because I notice the evidence of a good work environment.

Convenient to do virtual workouts. Cole is great - I’ve had recent back pain, and we’ve been able to do significant workouts while avoiding worsening pain. It’s been great!
