Excellent trainers, comfortable, clean environment with a great variety of workout machines which are maintained in working order! I very much enjoy my 30 minute, straight to the point workouts. Everyone is truly friendly, helpful, and encouraging making for an uplifting experience each and every time. An all around positive experience especially for a newbie with no prior gym attendance such as myself. Easy as it gets as long as you put in the work for your final few reps! There's no stretching or cardio such as treadmills, you go in and get straight down to business working out! I love every minute. Its a different workout every time all the while giving attention to each muscle group from shoulders down to your feet! They have it all covered.
Most certainly would recommend friends and family (and have already)! Discover Strength is an awesome place to both begin and to further continue your workout journey with enthusiasm!

My husband and I have been going to Discover Strength for the past 15 months and we are so impressed. It is a workout unlike any other. The focus is purely on strength, as the name implies.The instructors are top notch. The programming is challenging and result driven. The benefits I have seen in the last 15 months span from improved body composition, stronger muscles and bones, more energy, and a better awareness of my body and breath. The stress I am under during a class allows me to better handle life's stress outside of class. I highly recommend!
