Meeting Spencer for the first time was great. I really liked her attitude and the way she cut my hair. I do have a future appointment with her. There was some mix up as to her location. I was referred to her by my previous stylist with a card that had the Stoneybrook address. When I made my appointment over the phone no one mentioned that Spencer works out of the Colonial address. I arrived at the Stoneybrook location only to be told that she only works out of your Colonial address. (By the way, the sign there says Southern Roots). It was not a good introduction to your establishment. Of course everyone apologized. Maybe in the future when the confirmation is sent out via text message the address would be helpful.
