We especially appreciated him sending a detailed video showcasing precisely the features we were looking for in our new RV, and he made the entire process seamless by showing us the perfect fifth wheel upon our arrival. Furthermore, the entire staff at Great American RV Superstores - Hammond was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our pick-up day, making what could have been a stressful experience incredibly smooth. We bought a 2021 Forester. The RV was exactly as pictured in the ad. We drove 3 hours to the store to meet with our sales representative, James Whatley. The staff is exceptional. We were greeted promptly at the front door and James came right out to meet us. James showed us the RV, answered our questions and pointed out many features. The service department found some issues and arranged to have them repaired. James went above and beyond to make the delivery of our RV convenient for us. Would recommend this store. 10 out of 10!
