Friendly, patient staff! Flexibility of scheduling for services. Good availability for boarding, spa, etc. Good communication about what is going on with your pup during the day (as needed). Great hours! 6a-7p during work week with availability on the weekend too (later drop off time, earlier pick up time for wknds). We have a high energy hunting breed (translate: stamina for days), and he comes home TIRED every time! Success! I also think it's been great for his socialization, too. He constantly plays with a German shepherd, a great Dane, coon hound and his bfellow vizslas.

I love how everyone who works there knows my dog's name and the friends he hangs out with in the toy box. It's like the Cheers for dogs--well, minus the alcohol!

My dogs were really shy of other dogs, but both of them seemed to to have a great time with their stay at Dogtopia. I really enjoyed being able to view them on a webcam when they were in the play rooms.

We had our meet and greet and the staff was so friendly and accommodating- I loved how they explained everything and gave me a tour- at my dogs last place I never once saw behind the door ! Happy to start our journey with Dogtopoa!

My dog is happiest after a full day of play at Dogtopia of Alexandria. Every employee has genuine interest in and care for my dog when I drop off/pick up. The livestreamed rooms during the day let me see my pet is having fun and being well cared for. I would highly recommend this business to anyone with a dog or considering getting a dog.

I like that they open early and stay open late. The Webcam is great because I can see what my dog is doing during the day. The staff is very friendly and always greets us when we arrive.

My dog plays very well at dogtopia. I like that I can check in on her with the webcams. I also like that they have nap time and also monitor the dogs and crate them when necessary. My dog is always happy and very tired when I pick her up, letting me know that she had a good time. People at desk and all employees are very friendly.

The staff at Dogtopia are all clearly dog lovers who take a genuine interest in every dog for which they provide care. My little miniature Cockapoo has been coming to Dogtopia for almost 2 years twice per week since she was a young pup to socialize with other dogs and have fun. She loves going to Dogtopia and we’re glad to take her.

Convenient times - I can drop him off at 6:30am before going to the gym. The staff is very friendly and I enjoy watching him on the cameras.
