The facility employs pet lovers that treat our babies like family. Very clean and caring facility. I trust my baby is safe and having fun with friends. The camera access is great to look in and check on their daily activities or simply missing them. Much more, but ... I love the services and people there.

Bailey has so much fun playing with other dogs. I like that it isn't just an empty room but has some jungle gym things to climb on and I like that it opens early so I can drop him off before the gym in the mornings.

Alexandria location opens at 6am for daycare and its fits my schedule perfectly. Attendants take excellent care of the dogs. I had a minor billing issue which the manager resolved to my satisfaction. Since I have used the half day option for several years I would like to see half day packages available similar to the flu day discount packages.

We love the ease of the app, the webcams, the friendly staff engagement and so much more. My dog sometimes doesn’t even want to leave the lobby when I come pick her up because the live and attention she receives from the Alexandria Pack Leaders. I always know my baby girl is safe and happy when she is boarded. And she smells amazing after her spa bath!
