I liked how I was given a tour when I did the meet and greet. It was so nice to see the ins and outs of where my dog will be staying. I feel like the staff here really cares about our fur children.

I really liked the pre-screening and how organized they were, given all the dogs that are there all the time. I had my husband take her in, and I noticed when she returned that the staff wrote Barb’s name on her backpack and made sure that the instructions I provided for food were clearly written on the bag, They (the people working the day I first came) also knew the dogs like regulars, which was very cute. This was Barb’s first time in boarding, and since she is a senior dog and a rescue, we have been a bit overprotective. It was really so reassuring to see how she was doing on camera, and that she was really enjoying herself with the other dogs. We definitely feel comfortable having her stay there again in the future.

When I use Dogtopia I need to drop off at 6am sharp and attendants are always at the front desk and check in immediately. Staff take excellent care of my dog Thelma and she loves going. Only item I would like Alexandria Dogtopia to consider is offering discount packages for half day customers. My preference is half day and only use full day when I have to travel or board Thelma.

The meet and greet was such a great experience. The staff was friendly and showed a true interest in the pets they had at the facility. It was great seeing my dogs enjoying themselves at daycare.

I loved how the staff was so friendly towards my dog, and how helpful they were in explaining all the offerings the place has (like offering to mix in wet stuff into the kibble). I felt that the staff i interacted with would keep my pet safe and have his best interests at heart. I appreciated too that they wiped him down so he came home clean! I also loooove watching my lil boy on the webcam! I like also that there is a room separate thats just for the little dogs since i would worry about injury with the big dogs.

We only use your daycare services. Hours are convenient. We like that you have 4 (mostly 3) separate rooms. The webcams were also a deciding factor why we selected Dogtopia.
