We had our meet and greet and the staff was so friendly and accommodating- I loved how they explained everything and gave me a tour- at my dogs last place I never once saw behind the door ! Happy to start our journey with Dogtopoa!

My dog is happiest after a full day of play at Dogtopia of Alexandria. Every employee has genuine interest in and care for my dog when I drop off/pick up. The livestreamed rooms during the day let me see my pet is having fun and being well cared for. I would highly recommend this business to anyone with a dog or considering getting a dog.

I like that they open early and stay open late. The Webcam is great because I can see what my dog is doing during the day. The staff is very friendly and always greets us when we arrive.

My dog plays very well at dogtopia. I like that I can check in on her with the webcams. I also like that they have nap time and also monitor the dogs and crate them when necessary. My dog is always happy and very tired when I pick her up, letting me know that she had a good time. People at desk and all employees are very friendly.

The staff at Dogtopia are all clearly dog lovers who take a genuine interest in every dog for which they provide care. My little miniature Cockapoo has been coming to Dogtopia for almost 2 years twice per week since she was a young pup to socialize with other dogs and have fun. She loves going to Dogtopia and we’re glad to take her.

Attendants are very careful with dogs. My dog Thelma enjoys her time here and with the various attendants and dogs in the gym. Staff are always on time or early for my 6am drop off and bring Thelma out quickly when i arrive for pickup. Had a minor issue with a full daycare charge when it should have been half day. You corrected the error immediately and credited my account. When I submitted the updated vaccination data for Thelma the day before her last visit attendant updated record immediately and sent me a confirmation when completed. I would make one recommendation for consideration. Thelma is getting older and half days work best for her and for my schedule. I would like to see a discount package for multi half days during the week similar to the one offered for full day.

I come here all the time with my dog Ava and I am so lucky for her to be in the best hands The entire team is warm, loving, kind, and go above and beyond. I am so grateful for these last almost 2 years with Dogtopia. I would continue to sign up for the unlimited time and time again just to ensure my dog gets to see - what has now become- her family.
