I like that the overnight boarding also includes the dog in the doggie daycare also. Not every daycare/boarding place does that. I also like that each dog will get special attention if needed. The workers there are certified and really seem to enjoy working with the dogs.

It's always very inviting and everyone is so friendly. The detailed progress reports during boarding makes me as an owner feel like my dog is being well taken care of while I'm away.

Seamless reservation, drop off and pickup. Only suggestion is to make the hours clearer. We didn't know that there would be an added charge for pickup after 12pm until we dropped off.

We love Dogtopia of Alexandria for so many reasons! —The app is really easy to use and has great features. -The webcam! I get to “spy” on my baby girl - and I am so entertained watching the dogs play. -The Pack Leaders are welcoming, professional, attentive, personable, warm and friendly to us. They make us feel like we are the most important clients. -My dog knows when I turn onto Colvin Street. She gets so excited! She actually pulls me to the front door when we get out of the car. -I so appreciate the text updates when my baby girl is being boarded-and the photos! -Thank you for letting me know when she “hunger strikes” and offering some yummier food alternatives! These are just a few reasons… I feel confident and secure when I leave my girl there, that she will be loved and taken care of! Pamela

Our dog Ozzie is now over 15 years old. He has been going to Dogtopia since we rescued him at 7 months old. The staff have loved him throughout these years, but the gentleness they show him as an old man is heartwarming. Thank you! We hope he has at least a few more chances to give all of the "pack leaders" some love back.

Dogtopia of Alexandria is AWESOME! I would 100% recommend their services to anyone with a pup, as they have taken wonderful care of our Dolly, and we consider the team there to be trusted friends now. We are so happy that Dolly has a great place to play while we're working, and that we can trust the team there to always let us know what's going on. You all are amazing!!!

We love Dogtopia! The staff are so friendly and love our fur baby like their own! Our fur baby always comes home tired from all the play time which is awesome! :-) We love this place.
