I appreciate the friendly staff, the "brain games" and special treats, the convenience of being able to have my dog groomed at Dogtopia, and the ability to see my dog on screen in the reception area. Very convenient that Dogtopia's hours are 7 AM to 7 PM most days.

I like being able to socialize our dog. He is exposed to dogs on our morning walks, but cannot really play with them like he can at Dogtopia. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. I also like the flexible hours for drop off/pickup after our out of town trips. We appreciate the clieanliness of the facility.

I appreciate having a friendly staff and the opportunity to have my dog groomed on site; it's good to be able to see my dog on a tv in the reception area. Negatives: the bubbles and especially the mind games for enrichment, are NEVER on a Tuesday, the day my dog comes in! I can't ever see my dog on the reception area tv because the camera doesn't show dogs in their cages at the very front of the screen. There is no place to play outside. My dog is Jacqui, and I am Martha Sellers. I will be happy for you to show this critique to owners or managers. In general, Dogtopia is excellent--maybe I should have given it a 10 rather than a 9 on this survey; I am very pleased with it in general, or I wouldn't keep coming back with my Siberian husky every Tuesday! Thank you for the opportunity to elaborate on my impressions--I do actually recommend Dogtopia to many people at Bee Cave Dog Park, where I go six days a week!

The staff all know my dog and greet him when he comes in. He gets so excited to be there! It has also helped to keep him more active. All the additional events are geared to keeping my fur baby a happy boy!
