The facility is very nice. They separate the animals according to size. Each room is large, air conditioned and they have a trainer play with them during the day. The walls are lined with open kennels, so your pup has a place to lay down away from the other pups. The staff is great! I’ve never had a bad experience.

I love your friendly staff--they obviously care about the dogs in their care. I do frequently recommend Dogtopia on 620 to my Bee Cave Dog Park friends. I would appreciate more "brain games" and bubbles and other fun "enrichment" for dogs who come on Tuesdays and Thursdays, like Jacqui. Also, I wonder if the dogs are getting enough water--may be Jacqui's fault, but she comes home and drinks water desperately for a long time--maybe she is picky and only likes "home" water.

Dogtopia takes good care of my dogs. They feed multiple times per day, give supplements, etc. It is easy to make reservations and they have a super easy App. My dogs are happy to arrive and wagging tails when they come home. There is also an indoor play space AND an outdoor space, which is nice in the heat. The staff knows me and my three dogs my name which adds to a friendly atmosphere where they understand the needs of each dog.

I appreciate knowing that my dog is happy when he is at Dogtopia for daycare or overnight stays. He has never actually seemed excited about going to any other facility and he doesn’t seem upset with us when we pick him up.

Hours are good and our dog seems to enjoy her stays at Dogtopia. Not quite as much dog-to-dog interaction as we were expecting based on what we see via the webcam, but she definitely comes home tired and wants her rest for a day or two.
