The manager and assistants are friendly and are willing to pet my adored Siberian husky, Jacqui Sellers! I love having the tv screen in the reception area where I could watch my dog on the screen. However, I can NEVER see her because she must be in a cage not in view in the big dogs' room. Please re-position the tv screen so I can see Jacqui! thanks, martha sellers, Jacqui's human!

The location is clean, it dosent smell like dogs where there. The staff is friendly and you can tell how much they love dogs and my dog always is happy going in and goin out . Party's and events always fun

Everything! Everyone who works there loves the dogs. They know all of them by name. My dog starts racing to the door as soon as we park. I love all the special food options as treats. The photos, the events, everything. This is the finest organization that I have ever used to take care of my beloved dog. They said a high bar for everyone in the business.
