From the staff to the Facilities, everything is top shelf. well except the updated app but that's corporate and not local. When you turn your phone to landscape, the App does not allow the image to be bigger, like the previous version, so you're stuck with an image approx 3 x 1". That along with other issues in the app.

Everyone who works there is extremely pleasant and professional. We don’t worry about our dog at all when we board her for the week because we know she’s in good hands.

I feel my dog is well cared for and can socialize with other dogs while in your care. I love that I can watch him on the web cam. I was totally at ease while on vacation, knowing my dog was safe and happy.

Love that there is an opportunity to socialize my pup in a controlled environment! He is so excited to go play with all his new friends and it gives us humans a chance to get things done without a puppy shadow following us! I just wish their was a camera outside and that the indoor cameras showed the whole room without blind spots.

I appreciate the convenience of drop off without reservation for daycare, and I especially appreciate the staff. Everyone is so friendly and good with my dog. The fact that my dog runs to the door to greet them without looking back says so much.

Calvin has a blast every time he’s there. We love that we can check in via the webcams, and have always seen him having the time of his life playing with other dogs or being petted by the workers. We know he gets spoiled rotten there!
