We like the convivence of your location, the temperament of your staff, and the amenities that you offer. Your Bethesda location is minutes from our apartment, so its super convenient. I love that the staffers at Dogtopia really genuinely love the doggies. They are very attentive, kind and keep me updated on how my girl is doing. I like getting texts about how she loved a photoshoot or a special treat. The report I get at pick up is always detailed and cute. Dogtopia was also very flexible when I had a delayed plane and train and let me pick up Pepper after closing time. Didn't want to return home without my pup. Finally, I like being able to check in on my girl from the office and appreciate the pup cam feature on the website. Recommend Dogtopia to all pet parents who are looking for doggie daycare.

Staff are welcoming and show affection for our dog. The staff know our dog by name and sight and she knows them, greeting them with enthusiasm whenever we drop her off. I love that they’re willing to work with me whenever I have a concern. Either be to help me modulate my dogs behavior, or let me check her in five minutes earlier than opening because of my busy military schedule. I have encountered nothing but smiling faces, and kindness in working with me and my dog and I appreciate that.
