Both management and staff have been great. They take excellent care of our pup. They have a lot of patience with our Luna-tic. I have tried other places but have to say the Bethpage location is everything a pet owner would want.

Staff is friendly and attentive, they provide feedback from my pets visit. You can tell they take pride in the monthly events they hold for pets and pet parents. I know my dog Roman has a wonderful time when he runs through the door and doesn’t even look back at me!

They take very good care of my dog. They work with Mack who has anxiety and are very patient with him. All of the staff is great and treat his as if it was their own dog.

Love being able to see my pup on the Webcam! $10 for a holiday photo is overpriced...other doggie daycare facilities include the photo for free Staff seemed very knowledgeable and happy to interact with the dogs

The staff really makes the whole experience great always making sure to be kind and attentive to our pup. The cameras always being on is also great to make sure we can see our girl while we are away.

Dogtopia is the best kennel anyone can ever use for their they’re furry family members!! the staff there is beyond amazing. They are caring, communicative, diligent, professional, friendly, and loving.Papi was there for nine days and I received updates daily as well as pictures. While watching the webcam while I was away, it was clear Papi was well taken care of, and the staff was so attentive and loving. They followed every specific instruction I gave them, and I love the fact that somebody’s there with them overnight I have used Dogtopia for over five years and I’ve never had a problem. All I’ve seen is the staff do an exceptional job taking care of Papi and they continue to provide an amazing service.

My dog loves and gets extremely excited as soon as I pull up to the place. I don’t know what they do to him but he is in love with Dogtopia! However I’m not in love with the communication with the front end of the place. Several times I called and no answer. I get calls back much later like hours. One person said they called n left two messages , I checked my phone n didn’t receive anything. It’s differcilt getting h to a live person. It’s a place where I expect immediate attention. It’s like when u hv kids at nursery school u need that person to pick up the phone they are on call always. I suggest they were a head set do if they are i. The back they can still answer the phone. It’s frustrating when u need to make plans for your dog and can’t get through. Please see if they can improve on this
