Penny loves going and looks forward to seeing her caregivers when we get there. It makes me feel good about leaving her there while I go away for a week because I know she will have a good time with people that care about her. The only complaint I have is about the new website. When a date is confirmed part of the message says “ America/Toronto “. We are not part of the US and never will be.

Staff was very helpful and informative when we arrived with Bowie. Updates were very nice to get during the day as well. The report card and assessment went well and we are looking forward to having Bowie attend day car and boarding in the future.
