It’s always easy to communicate with the entire staff. If you call on the phone you always get a knowledgeable person ready to help you. Everyone there knows my dog and welcomes her. I feel ver good that she is in good hands there with people who know her. If I have any questions, I know it’s a quick phone call and I’ll get an answer from the owner, Matt immediately. I have been taking our dog there since she was a puppy. I would recommend this facility to anyone that wants to feel good leaving their dog.

I love how the staff have been there so long (which indicages that they like their work) and that they are all so friendly and really know your dog. They pay attention and let you know specifics about how your dog did when you were away. They are very accomodating, and just the best.

My dog has loved Dogtopia of Clarksville for years!! Knowledgeable and very professional staff makes us feel 100% comfortable having him stay there. He absolutely loves his " Spa Treatments" there as well. Nice to have a place you can leave your pet and not have to worry about their care and Dogtopia is that place.

I like the way the staff communicates with me about my dog's day every time I pick him up, and that they make an effort to be friendly and positive. The webcam is really helpful for checking in to see how he plays when we're not there! It has helped relieve worry about leaving him. I love the flexibility! We have a varied schedule and appreciate that they work with our schedule for drop-off and pick-up. We really appreciated the efforts made the first day to help our dog adjust by gradually introducing him to the other dogs.

Whenever I drop of Bella (my ChiChi), she is always greeted by name, and I can immediately tell she feels comfortable and not at all anxious about leaving me (which makes e a little jealous - I thought she only had eyes for me!). When I pick her up, she's happily exhausted from playing with the staff and the other pups her size. The welcome is always just as warm even if weeks go by between visits. I'm especially grateful that they accept drop-ins, because it gives me peace of mind knowing that when I need to focus, Bella is in a safe, loving, and fun environment.
