Customer service, friendly employees , how they enter the act with my ferry pet. Different activities they prepare to have fun with them. Most important how they have fun with her (Sparkles) her name Hats off to all the employees at Dogtopia. Glad I made this choice. I have already recommend friends and family to Dogtopia.

My dog learned the words daycare and play after his first visit. He was more than anxious to return. Also, I like the flexibility of setting times for my dog visits and I like the fact that Dogtopia is open on Saturdays and Sundays.

Everyone is kind, courteous, and always willing to help! When my daughter recently had a baby, I was uncertain about how many nights I would need to board my dogs. the Dogtopia staff was so very flexible!! A few days later, my daughter had a complication and had to go back to the hospital in the middle of the night. I texted Dogtopia when they opened the next morning to see if I could board the dogs immediately. Once again I was uncertain how many nights I would be gone. They said of course come right on! I just couldn't ask for more!!
