I love the way the dogs play a long time. The professionalism of your staff. The cleanliness of your establishment. My pup was excited and happy. The only thing I would suggest is maybe having a point system where for every dollar spent, a point is given. Point can be used back within your establishment. Also, at the other daycare, I get a first responder discount. Other than that I love it.
Most importantly, Cosmo, my pet was so happy spending time with you and that is the key reason. I am a repeated customer and I am happy with the boarding activities, the care you give to the pets and customer friendliness you always demonstrate. Of course your convenient location, the App with video streaming to see Cosmo and his live activities while we were away are additional plus points. We greatly appreciate your transparency too.
Great Staff, very easy to make reservations and Dogtopia is always very flexible with timing, etc. Plus, my dog loves going there. She jumps out of the car and hurries inside, ready to play!!
The staff is friendly to both humans and dogs. It’s easy to tell how much the staff cares for the dogs whether seeing them in person or watching them interact with the dogs on the webcams.
The curbside service is convenient, especially when a quick drop off is necessary when heading to work.
I changed from another dog daycare/boarding because the drop off and pick up hours are convenient even on weekends.
I love the reaction Sasha has when she arrives for daycare or boarding. She is also excited to see her friends and the staff is always responsive to her excitement.
The staff is fabulous. Our pup loves to go and play with the other dogs and sometimes things get a little rough. The staff always texts me to let me know if something has happened. They also text if they notice that our pup needs a nail trim or ear cleaning. I appreciate the extra set of eyes on her health. I would absolutely recommend anyone to take their playful pup to Dogtopia!
