I like that the facility has rooms by dog size/demeanor. I enjoy that I can conveniently schedule online or on the Dogtopia app. I enjoy that I see them cleaning often. Cleanliness and friendliness to the animals is my top priority in choosing a facility.

Daycare services are wonderful for our dog. He loves going to play with his friends one day a week. The staff was knowledgeable enough to recognize our dog felt intimidated by another dog within the room (he cowarded in the corner) and ended up moving our dog into another room where he felt more comfortable. Boarding is great too. Although we can't see boarding Im confident our dog is taken care. Our dog had an upset tummy once and they washed/dried his bedding so he had his bedding for the next night.

We are so happy that Dogtopia partners with Second City Canine Rescue and Happy Hound University, Everyone there is so friendly and professional, the minute we walk from the door everyone is smiling , highly impressed by the organized process when dropping off in the morning and picking up.

Kirby received a thorough assessment and placed in a room where he could be happy. I received a tour and am impressed with how much the staff know and love the dogs. The facility is very clean.
