Dogtopia is great! There are six rooms for different sizes and activity levels of dogs and they do evaluations to make sure your dog is a fit for Dogtopia and that they are placed in the right room. The staff is very communicative and love the dogs and they staff the rooms appropriately to ensure safe play. I fully trust my dog with Dogtopia for both daycare and overnight stays. They have many processes in place to ensure the dogs are safe. Highly recommend!

My dog loved her stay. Penelope was feeling a bit bored at home and I noticed it in her behavior over the last few weeks/months. Shes turning 10 this month and I can sense she has a renewed passion for life after her 5 day stay. She’s always hinting that she wants to get in the car and go back to visit. If she gets out into the garage, she’ll stand by the trunk of the car and look at me sternly as if to say “let’s go back to Dogtopia now”. She’s very persuasive at times.

Your employees have very composite skills. Here is an example; on Saturday, May 2nd. When I went in to pick up Mai Li, around 3 PM, the young lady had Mai in the office and was about to take her to my car, another customer was coming in the door with a Deer Hound. Your young lady in an instant put Mai in a room and within moments the other customer handed off their dog and your young lady got Mei out and into my car in a flash. Smiling and very polite the entire time. I was impressed with her natural instinct. When I pick Mai up, you are already prepared for me and have called to have Mei brought out and they put her in my car. They also make the next Saturday appointment for me. Supper organized and always pleasant.

Quinnie is so excited to get to daycare. She gets socialized and the staff take really good care of all the dogs. She is tired at the end of the day and I know she played and played :). Becky

I appreciate the care and concern for my dog’s health and safety. I love that Dogtopia has clean rooms, a standard ratio for dog to team member, and cameras to keep an eye on my dog. Finally, I love that the staff always knows who my dog is by name and is excited to see her. I’ve recommended Dogtopia to many of my neighbors.

Most importantly our dog is so happy there, he gets so excited to go…every time. He comes home tired. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the app is easy to use, and being able to see him on the camera is such a nice bonus.

I love the options available as well as the flexibility. It’s simple to manage my pup’s needs both when things are going smoothly in our lives as well as when things are chaotic. Also, the staff are fantastic. Everyone knows my pup, they’re always extremely welcoming and positive, and my pup always comes home worn out and with a huge smile on her face!

We love the Dogtopia staff and coaches so much! Every single person is so cheerful, kind, and amazing at their jobs. They greet our dogs Sam and Pip with cuddles and cheers every time we come in, and Sam and Pip get so excited to see them. We're so happy that we found a place where we know Sam and Pip are safe, happy, and having fun!
